Due to the perishable nature of ghee, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged/Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 2 days of delivery with a clear video and images.
Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund.
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
